Italy became my home in 1985, and Milan shaped the rest: fashion studies at Marangoni, years in the industry, then a quiet but decisive turn toward food.

What followed was a decade of building chocolate into something more than a product. A Cioccolateria in Piazza del Carmine, a bistrot in via Brera district, a corner on the seventh floor of La Rinascente - each one a space where craftsmanship met aesthetics, and where the act of tasting became something to linger over.
